About the Role
We’re searching for a Relationship Maestro to orchestrate and grow our alliances with leading academic institutions, research centers, innovation hubs, associations, and all those who champion scientific entrepreneurship. You’ll become the face—and the voice—of Coral, shaping how our mission is experienced inside every boardroom, lab, and networking event.
What will your days look like here? No two are alike. From coffee chats with innovation leaders to spotlighting Coral at high-profile events, you’ll be a driving force ensuring our partners are not just visible, but deeply woven into our community fabric.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Building and nurturing solid, ongoing relationships with top institutions and organizations committed to science and innovation.
- Overseeing all strategic partners—ensuring they’re engaged and actively contributing to Coral’s dynamic ecosystem.
- Representing Coral at meetings, events, and ceremonies, always channeling our values and mission.
- Coordinating joint projects and energizing collaborations that boost the scientific entrepreneurship movement.
- Deciding, with the internal team, when and where Coral’s presence can make the biggest splash.
- Communicating clearly, professionally and empathetically with every key stakeholder.
- Mixing remote work with in-person event attendance as needed—flexibility is your friend here
What You Bring
- Previous experience in managing relationships with academic, scientific or innovation-oriented institutions (ideally, you’re a familiar face in entrepreneurship circles).
- Strong social skills—your communication inspires excitement and trust for shared projects.
- Laser-sharp organization and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives without dropping the ball.
- A collaborative spirit and the drive to get everyone rowing in the same direction.
- Unshakable passion for science, entrepreneurship, and knowledge transfer.
- Decisive, autonomous work style—you know how to manage yourself and make smart, responsible calls.
- Comfort with remote work, video calls, and digital tools (but also ready to hit the road for the right event).
- Flexibility to balance remote days with strategic in-person appearances.
